Manufacturer Defects and Objective Flaws: 

At Crystal Clear Gifts, we take great care in ensuring that each crystal you receive meets our stringent quality standards. In the unlikely event that your crystal arrives with a manufacturer defect or objective flaw, we are here to assist you promptly and courteously.

To initiate the process for receiving a replacement, kindly follow these simple steps within 48 hours of receiving your crystal:

  1. Reach out to our dedicated customer service team at contact@crystalcleargifts.com and attach a clear photo of the defect for our review.
  2. Our team will promptly assess the matter and verify the reported issue.
  3. Once the defect is confirmed, we will take immediate steps to remake your crystal to perfection.
  4. In order to receive the replacement, we kindly request you to return the original crystal to us. Rest assured; we will cover any associated shipping costs for your convenience.

Cancellation / Photo Change Policy:

We kindly bring your attention to our cancellation and photo change policies, designed to accommodate your needs while ensuring a smooth ordering process:

  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • If you decide to cancel your order within the first 20 minutes of placing it, you are eligible for a full 100% refund.
  • Should you choose to cancel after the initial 20-minute window, a refund will still be granted, but a processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • In cases where the crystal has been produced but has not yet been shipped, a 50% refund will be provided.
  1. Photo Change Policy:
  • If you wish to modify the photo associated with your order, you have the option to do so.
  • A nominal fee of $25 will apply for photo changes, as long as the crystal has not undergone the laser etching process yet.

Custom Nature of the Product:

At Crystal Clear Gifts, we take pride in offering custom-made products tailored to your unique preferences. However, it's essential to note that once your item has been shipped, it becomes non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our creations.

As we commence work on your special project, we incur associated costs, which underpin our firm policies on cancellations, photo changes, and refunds. Our commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and ensuring your satisfaction drives these policies.

We understand the importance of clear communication and transparency, which is why we kindly ask you to carefully consider your choices before confirming your order. We encourage you to take advantage of the initial 10-minute window for cancellations and the opportunity to modify your photo before the laser etching process begins.

Damages and Issues: 

In the unlikely event that your crystal arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we kindly request you to inspect it upon receipt and immediately get in touch with us.

To address the issue promptly;

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  2. Take photos of the damage, including the packing materials and shipping container.

Rest assured, once you reach out to us, we will thoroughly evaluate the matter and take the necessary steps to make it right for you. 

Lost in Transit:

We understand the importance of ensuring your order reaches you securely and on time. In the event that your delivery link indicates your crystal was delivered, but you have not received it, we will take immediate action to assist you.

Rest assured, if such a situation arises, we will file a claim with our carrier on your behalf to investigate the matter thoroughly. Our dedicated team will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.

However, it is essential to note that, unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for crystals that are lost in transit. As an alternative, we will prioritize shipping a replacement crystal to you as soon as possible, ensuring you receive your order without further delay.
